• Most power do NOT have markings that glow like Kyth's. To have markings means that you need to focus your powers into one part of your body. Any type of power that requires impact will need markings on that limb.
  
• Let's keep heights realistic. Don't make 18 foot tall people.
  
• All powers can be used except desconstruction, construction, and blood control. If you have any questions PM a staff member.
  
• Face claims do NOT have to be used.
  
• Each power MUST have a flaw. Whether it be takes a lot out of the person or backfires, etc., there has to be at least one.
